Check out Scott Bryan’s delicious food on Monday night’s at Apiary where they have no corkage fee (Monday’s only). He used to run the kitchen at Veritas and, though the dining room and food at Apiary are far less formal, his skills are showcased well in this East Village eatery. I noticed a lot of industry when I ate there on a recent Monday. You should all take advantage of the opportunity to bring your own wine into such a quality restaurant.
